Auto Answer is part of the new Preset Library.
Preset Library stores your preset answers, links, and images in a directory structure.
You can group your common answers by groups and sub-groups.
You can export your preset Library to XML file and import preset library on another PC.
It is essential if you have several operators.
The additional advantage of the Preset Library is that you are able to setup keywords for each preset.
If will you enable Auto Answer feature then each time visitor would ask question that contains predefined keywords
then Auto Answer window would popup with a list of Presets that contain that keyword.
