LiveChatNow is designed to work everywhere where possible or not. Our software was supporting Mozilla (FireFox, Mozilla, NetScape, Safari) and Opera web browser from the first release of our software in 2002.
Mozilla web browser was used for LiveChatNow development because of its advanced support for script debugging.
Of course Internet Explorer web browser is supported as well.
Some competing services support Internet Explorer browser only or have knotty support for alternative web browsers. It is offensive to some people to be forced to use one web browser instead of another one.
Operator's side:-
LiveChatNow works with corporate firewalls, NATs and proxies.
LiveChatNow uses HTTP protocol for communication and it works everywhere where regular web browser works.
