You can force all chat sessions on visitor's side to be SSL encrypted even when visitor clicks non-SSL enabled chat button.
Go to Client Zone -> Force 100% SSL and enable this feature.
No additional charge is required to gain additional security.
It requires that all remotely hosted images (e.g. Logo) where hosted on secure servers. Otherwise visitor's web browser may complain that page contains insecure elements.
You may use Upload Logo page to upload your logo to our server to avoid the problem with insecure elements in the Chat Window
