One on One Live Chat

LiveChatNow! operator's software is NOT web based. It is windows applications. So you can hide live chat software to tray.

If you wish to to use that feature you have to verify that tray icon is enabled. You can enable tray icon by clicking Status : Tray Icon



Hiding LiveChatNow! window:
When tray icon appears in your system tray you can hide live chat software by clicking on icon in the tray. It would remove live chat software from task bar also. It releases useful desktop space and keeps software active monitoring your website ready to notify you for new chat request.



Restoring LiveChatNow! window:
Click on LiveChatNow! tray icon when LiveChatNow! window is hidden to restore it.
