Pull, Leave & Transfer Visitors between operators

Proactively invite visitor for chat by clicking "Pull Visitor" or "Live Engage" in Site Monitor. Pull Visitor would attempt to open Chat Window in popup and Live Engage would show Live Engage window telling visitor that operator is willing to chat with him/her. Live Engage window is NOT blocked by popup blockers.

Operator is able to Leave Chat or even force Chat Window on visitor's side to close. It is useful when visitor forgot to close chat window and leaves PC. Opened chat window would be listed in chat queue and annoy operators.
